Notice of Redemption Date for Class EX/C Units for Conversion to Class A Common Stock
Pursuant to Section 4.6 the Fifth Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Sunlight Financial LLC (the “LLCA”), Sunlight Financial Holdings Inc. (“Sunlight”) hereby gives notice that it has set September 23, 2022 as the next redemption date (as defined in the LLCA) for holders of Class EX Units/Class C Shares (the “Private Units”) to elect to convert such Private Units into Class A Common Stock of Sunlight. Holders of Private Units may e-mail SLFequity@sunlightfinancial.com to request a copy of the required form to elect a redemption (each, a “Redemption Notice”). To redeem your Private Units, you must e-mail the completed and signed Redemption Notice to Sunlight at SLFequity@sunlightfinancial.com on or prior to September 23, 2022. As a reminder, you are not permitted to redeem your Class EX/C Units prior to the expiration of any lock‐up period to which you are subject.
